30 minutes. No pitch. No pressure.
A Strategy Session is a focused conversation about where your business is, what's getting in the way, and whether Ethos is the right partner for what's next.
- 30 min
How the 30 minutes actually go.
Where you are
Where the business is today, where it's headed, what's working, what isn't.
What's getting in the way
Bottlenecks in brand, marketing, ops, or sales — and which are most expensive.
Where Ethos can help next
A clear read on whether the Method fits, which engagement is the right starting point, or whether you'd be better served elsewhere.
Next steps
A short follow-up summary by email. No proposal pressure. You decide on your own time.
Ethos isn't the right partner for everyone.
- +Founder-led or leadership-led businesses, $2M–$50M
- +Past product-market fit, building for what's next
- +Brand or marketing efforts that aren't compounding
- +Ready to commit to clarity before execution
- −Pre-PMF or pre-revenue companies
- −Looking for a logo or one-off design
- −In-house teams that just need additional hands
- −Looking for the cheapest provider
If we're not the right fit, we'll point you toward someone who is. That's the whole point of the conversation.
Common questions about the session.
-
Yes. The Strategy Session is how we both decide whether there's a fit. There's no version of this where we charge for it.
-
No. If there's a clear next step, we'll mention it briefly and follow up by email so you have time and space to decide. The call itself is for the conversation.
-
Nothing formal. After you book, you'll get a short intake form — a few questions about your business, recent work, and what's prompting the conversation. 5 minutes to fill out.
-
Whoever owns the decision. Most often that's a founder, CEO, or marketing lead. We'll keep it small — usually just you and Steven.
-
Yes. Send one over after booking and we'll sign before the call.
Or just send a note.
