Leadership had signaled the need for a refreshed identity but no initiative had begun—so I took the lead, driving a full visual rebrand, to align the company with its evolving mission and growth.

As Creative Director, I led a full visual rebrand of Meazure Learning—including logo design, identity system, and brand guidelines—over a six-month period. I initiated the effort proactively, organized daily scrums, and guided feedback loops across marketing and leadership.

The new identity modernized the brand, reflected multiple layers of meaning, and aligned the company’s look and feel post-acquisition. The rebrand unified legacy brands under one visual system and earned internal praise for its clarity, professionalism, and polish.

The Challenge:

Although leadership at Meazure Learning had hinted at the need for a refreshed identity, no formal initiative existed. Recognizing the gap, Steven proactively led the development of a full visual rebrand to better align the company’s image with its evolving mission and growing visibility.

The Work:

As Creative Director, Steven guided the six-month rebrand from strategy through execution—leading daily scrums, directing internal feedback loops, and overseeing a team of creatives. Using Adobe Creative Suite, he developed a modern, versatile brand identity system anchored by a logo designed to convey multiple layers of meaning.

The Impact:

The final identity system spanned all internal and external assets, replacing legacy visuals with a unified, elevated look and feel. The rebrand drew praise from across the organization—including the CEO, who remarked, “That was a lot of work for extra credit.” Others mistook the polished system for the work of a high-end agency—a testament to the quality delivered in-house.
